6 Day Kilimanjaro Machame Route

Trip Overview

The Machame Route, also known as the “Whiskey Route,” is known for its scenic beauty and challenging terrain. It’s one of the most popular routes to Kilimanjaro’s summit due to its varied landscapes, including dense rainforest, moorland, and alpine desert. This 6-day trek offers excellent acclimatization opportunities, allowing climbers to adjust to increasing altitude. Although it requires physical fitness, the stunning vistas and sense of accomplishment make it a rewarding adventure.
